Gymflesh® takes to the streets across the USA by meeting individually with people to experience doing and becoming Gymflesh®.
A Gymflesh® senior staff member will walk you through the basics of elite form and control, personalized health and exercise protocols, equipment and gyms, diet and injury-prevention, encouraging you on your path toward complete health.
Gymflesh® books appointment far in advance, so apply soon to make a reservation.
Applications are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Because of the high-rate of Elite One-On-One Training, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
Rates: Start at USD $700.00 per 90-minute session (10 classes, 15 hours minimum) exclusive of customized fees.
Requests for Gymflesh® Elite One-On-One Training must be in writing to Training.Gym@Gymflesh.com.
The Gymflesh® Personalized Email Correspondence service allows people the privacy and convenience of at-home or at-the-office health and exercise education with the intimacy of having a professional teacher serving your individual requirements.
All emails are confidential and shared only with Gymflesh® staff.
The email option allows you to choose a program according to your own life-schedules, your own calendar, your own timing, with ultimate privacy.
Rates: Start at 1-month of 4 correspondences for USD $1,000.00, exclusive of customized fees, and extend to 6-months of 26 correspondences for a discounted rate of USD $4,500.00, exclusive of customized fees, a minimum savings of 25%.

Another option Gymflesh® provides is live telephone consultation.
This more intimate relationship lets you speak with a Gymflesh® professional health and exercise staff member and discuss your needs, your goals, your progress.

Talking one-on-one improves the interpersonal relationship you will have with Gymflesh® and helps monitor and motivate your progress towards a full lifestyle of health and exercise.

The Gymflesh® Gymnasiotherapy™ Classic, Olympic History
The classic school of Athens had a specific interdisciplinary curriculum: Educate and advance the whole person as an indivisible being of mind-flesh-heart. The intellect was of equal importance with the physique and with the spirit. A diversified education was the way to become an intact human. Gymflesh® prescribes to the ancient holistic wisdom of the democratic Greeks.
