Gymflesh® Addresses Mental and Social Health as well as Physical

Upon request, our programs talk directly to many pressing social issues, Gymflesh® knows many social problems remain unaddressed and unspoken and unhealed.

Where most people either deny or avoid the real-time social problems impacting complete health, Gymflesh® dares open the dialogue and have long-overdue conversations about these public crises.

Some of the urgent topics needing immediate and long-term interventions that only Gymflesh
® speaks to are:

Depression, stress, and trauma, PTSD. — Rage and aggression. — Misogyny, misandry, bullying, and domestic violence. — Racism, sexism, ageism and discrimination. — Political divisions and nationalism. — Economic and class structures. — Religious and belief discrimination, fanaticism, and bigotry. — Self-injury and suicide. — Redacted statistics and unrecorded data. — Played-out habits and timeworn practices. — Nepotism, favoritism, and unearned advantage. — Cultural and ethnic exclusivity and arrogance. — Unsafe, impersonal, and degrading sexual practices. — Being single, divorced, separated, or widowed. — Alcohol use, abuse, and alcoholism. — Illegal and illicit substance abuse. — Pharmaceutical and various addictions. — Tobacco, chew, spit, and snuff. — Homophobia, heterosexism, and unlawful hate crimes. — Additional idiosyncratic topics as requested.

Elite Physical Training, Proactive Field Applications, and Repatriation Mental-Social Health Preparedness

Gymflesh® PRO Synopsis

These Gymflesh® multi-tiered, accelerated, premium service programs provide real-world, hands-on practica with concurrent on-site seminar-style lectures and briefings (PRO I) to increase physical training proficiency and decrease health liabilities.

Servicemembers are engaged and educated to formulate and execute their own Field Manual-styled "Portable Health Philosophy and Medical Exercise Preparedness Protocols" (PRO™ PT1) followed by in-depth, troop-oriented post-program debriefing and follow-through, ongoing support, and additional health convocations.

Gymflesh® trains and co-opts servicemembers towards becoming second-round instructors and peer mentors of these holistic health predeployment and repatriation operations immersions.

These programs establish a long-term, networked continuum of military-specific physical, mental, and social well-being by instructing troops to take on proactive self and community health leadership roles and tasks.

Gymflesh® PRO™ complies with the standards of the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, and NOAA Corps.
